Location: Leicester, Leicestershire
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Full time, permanent
Hours: 34.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

HR Administrator - A bit more about the role .
You are right for the role because you are able to .
* Deal with basic people queries where possible or refer these to the relevant HR Business Partner
* Manage, update and process the HR System to ensure that it is 100% accurate
* Compile offer letters, welcome and induction packs to ensure a seamless on boarding process
* Manage the People Team`s diaries, arrange meetings and events where necessary whilst diarising new starters, leavers and probation end dates etc.
* Compile data and produce reports for monthly board reports
* Research and analyse information as required
* Update policies and procedures
* Create processes, spreadsheets and trackers to ensure consistency of process management
* Maintain candidate communication throughout a recruitment process
Perhaps you also have .
* At least two years HR Administration experience
* A CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards
* Excellent IT skills especially with using Excel, PowerPoint and Word
