Someone who knows what their client wants and then head hunts the actual perfect candidate for them?? A person who offers a consultancy service, don't be the pushy recruiter no one wants to speak to??? Someone who has a proven record, is driven to succeed, ambitious, tenacious and has a work hard play hard attitude.??
