We are currently seeking to recruit a highly experienced Sales Manager to work within our client's Prestige Main Dealership in Peterborough as a Used Car Sales Manager.
Reporting to the General Sales Manager the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales process, leadership, customer care focus as well as a technical knowledge and the ability to motivate a team of Sales Executives to deliver the best service possible. The position would suit a Sales Manager with a proven record in successfully leading and managing a medium size team, within a franchised main dealer
Managing and leading the team to set the vision and strategy for the department.
Performance Management setting each colleague individual targets, continuously monitor their performance and efficiency and provide first class coaching and training to support their success.
Customer Satisfaction is a huge part of the job taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible customer satisfaction levels in excess of the manufacturer national average
You will be part of a very successful group that promote opportunities to progress within the company.
Basic Salary: GBP35,000
OTE: GBP55,000
