Exciting Opportunity for Seasonal Internal Sales Advisors to join Maxwell Amenity Ltd.

Based in Telford, we are in commutable distance from Wolverhampton, Shrewsbury, Oswestry and surrounding areas.

About the Role:

As an Internal Sales Advisor you will act as the first point of contact with the customer, portraying a professionalism and confidence that delivers the ultimate sales and customer service experience. In return you will receive product knowledge training, a competitive salary and OTE bonus scheme.

Main Duties:

Main duties will involve:

* Managing telephone sales enquiries and compiling quotations and sales orders, or reallocating calls to dedicated account managers or technical advisors where appropriate.
* Maximise sales by continually expanding orders and up selling and ensuring all orders received are entered accurately into the order processing system.
* Following up quotations when necessary.
* Liaising with colleagues and other internal departments to efficiently answer general enquiries concerning deliveries and production.
* Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.

Profile:

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate:

* Literacy and numeracy to GCSE Maths and English or equivalent level. A relevant sales/business/customer services qualification would be an advantage.
* Previous experience in a sales/customer facing role and an understanding of the knowledge and skills associated with selling.
* The ability to be self-motivated and disciplined in a very busy sales environment.
* Strong computer literacy skills using Microsoft Office and ideally a CRM and/or sales order processing system.
* Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to inspire trust from clients and colleagues.

Terms of Job Offer:

Fixed Term Contract initially (Mid Feb/March - October), which may lead to a permanent contract for successful applicants who perform well in the role. This role is for 40 hours per week across Monday - Friday, with exact hours to be confirmed to ensure the office is manned during the company's opening hours of 8 a.m. - 5.30 p.m. Successful candidates would be offered an 8 hour shift to fit within the business hours, either 8am -4.30pm or 9am -5.30pm depending on business needs.
