Our trainee programme will allow you the opportunity to learn the insurance industry from the ground up including the potential opportunity to study for CII qualifications in the future to help you to become an industry expert.
We are currently based in central Southampton however are relocating to fantastic new offices in Chandlers Ford in December 2016.
Desired Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for our Trainee Insurance Broker opportunity should be professional, driven, articulate, enthusiastic and well-motivated with a self-starter attitude who can listen and learn within a fast moving and dynamic environment. In addition to these qualities we are also seeking the following:
- Commercially focused with an entrepreneurial approach to business
- Educated to degree level or have achieved excellent A-Level results
- IT literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good judgement and decision making ability
- Strong communication skills
- Previous work experience in a customer facing role
