The West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges (WYCC) is a partnership between the seven Further Education Colleges in West Yorkshire. In 2016, the seven colleges developed a new Joint Venture that unites the region's further education sector to work together to help improve the skills of the local workforce and ultimately improve productivity across the Leeds City Region. As a result the WYCC is now seeking experienced individuals to join its team in delivering a number of skills projects across Leeds City Region funded through the European Strategic Investment Fund. The funding will deliver a number of three year projects designed to improve the skills levels of individuals working together with partners and stakeholders to fulfil the region's skills priorities.

Fixed term contract until 30.09.19

The post holder will be pivotal in developing and maintaining strong relationships with providers/partners to ensure all aspects of quality & compliance are addressed and managed effectively to ensure the maximum performance of the project. The successful individual holder will support partners to meet and exceed high standards of project delivery driven by a robust quality assurance management framework. Key to this success of this role will be in identifying where procedures and polices require strengthening to support customer needs, drive quality and result in high level feedback and mitigate risk.
