GBP16,000 (OTE 40,000+)
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday / 5pm Finish on a Friday
Location: Cardiff
As outbound Sales Advisor, you will be building a database of introducers, generating enquiries and recommending financial products to customers by understanding their requirements, matching their needs and providing solutions, with the aim of providing the best customer experience.
You will have the support of Department Manager to maintain and develop your relationships and you will be a part of a hungry and energetic outbound Sales team with a work hard play hard mentality.
Responsibilities:
" To build a broker database and maintain relationships
" Generating new enquires from new/ existing introducers
"Maintaining a competent level of mainstream lenders lending criteria and underwriting policies.
" Achievement of acquisition sales targets and KPIs
" Supporting the business by ensuring excellent customer service is provided on every call
"Sales Processing and data entry.
"Submitting Accurate Data pack to Lenders and clients
"Ensuring quality and compliance standards are met
"Keeping up to date with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations, Including treating customers Fairly.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
" Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer
" Inbound and/or Outbound Telesales experience
" Ability to create excellent rapport with your clients
" Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
" Ability to work towards/over achieve against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI's)
" Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently
" Reliability, motivation, hunger to succeed, strong team player
"Candidates from a financial background would be advantageous.
