Trainee Sales/Recruitment Consultant
Location: Newport, Isle of Wight
Salary: Meets National Minimum Wage, Plus Bonus Scheme
Role: Covering your area, you will be tasked with sourcing candidates for vacancies and building a close relationship with clients.
Working with our existing team you will be given all the training and development you need to become a successful Recruitment Consultant.
You will be trained to understand the market, how the process works and then how to build your own client profile. We will teach you how to get the best results out of every call that you make and how to be one step ahead of your competitors. Requirements:
