Loughborough - Sales Advisor/ Telesales - Temp
The Role
Officeteam, a division on Robert Half are currently recruiting for an experienced office Sales Advisor/ Internal Sales Advisor on behalf of my client based on the outskirts in Loughborough. The role of Sales Advisor/ Internal Sales Advisor is to call existing and new clients from a warm database and advise on the best products for their needs. The role will be to call the new or existing clients, gain an order from the quote given to them from you, process the order with the warehouse, gain a dispatch day, raise the purchase order and ensure the invoice is paid. You will be using Microsoft Excel and a bespoke CRM system. The hours are 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Friday (hours in trial period will be 30hrs a week rising to 38hrs). The role is temporary for a trial period 3-4 weeks but if the project is successful the role may become permanent.
Your Profile
To be considered for this role ideally you will have a background within sales in an office environment, although experience within sales or telesales is preferred it is not essential. You will have to have an excellent telephone manner and be ready, eager and comfortable with speaking on the telephone as this is the main part of the role. As a Sales Advisor/ Internal Sales Advisor you will need to be able to communicate at all levels, be robust and be able to think on your feet. You will also need to be immediately available for this role.
