Recruitment Consultant - Construction Trades and Labour

GBP25,000 - GBP26,000 + Commission + Benefits
A leading Construction Recruitment Agency based in Whiteley are actively seeking a recruitment consultant within their busy blue collar trades and labour team. You will join on a very HOT desk which is currently running at circa GBP4k a week.
The role is to join an expanding business with great career progression opportunities as well as great earning potential. You will be working as part of a team of 15 + consultants and will have the opportunity to progress into a Senior Consultant position within 12-18months.
The role?
- A warm desk in terms of clients/candidates
- Sourcing for candidates within construction engineering
- Placing candidates on a temporary basis
- Working against deadlines
- Business Development - market mapping, locating new potential clients
