Resourcer/Trainee Recruitment Consultant for a fantastic Construction & Engineering Recruitment Consultancy based in Whiteley. There are a number of Trainee Consultant positions up for grabs for entry level recruiters as a result of rapid growth within their market sector.
Start Date: February 2017
Location: Whiteley
Salary: GBP17k-GBP20k + commission
Additional to basic, an OTE within year 1 is averagely around GBP30k however this has regularly been exceeded. Earning potential with my client as a Resourcer/Trainee is unrivalled in the market place; they are renowned for their superb commission/bonus structure. All consultants start off at a trainee level with an organic growth structure, so they are all hands on deck to get you to the next step as quickly as possible.
