Award winning events promotions firm, Complete One is one of the North East's premier outsourced events sales and marketing firms. We provide superior front line marketing and sales solutions that deliver 'the personal touch' and guarantee high ROI for our clients. We recently expanded our market reach into York, and now we have immediate openings forevents sales assistantsat our Newcastle office.
Ideal applicants will have a background in sales, whether that be in retail, tele-sales or face to face sales, however we will consider people with little to no experience as long as they possess an entrepreneurial spirit, good work ethic and positive attitude.
Successful events sales applicants can expect a supportive work environment as we provide a personal mentor, on going sales training through client and In-house workshops, video tutorials, one on one coaching, networking conference calls, business seminars and access to weekly development meetings to ensure both personal and professional development.
We pride ourselves on a sociable and results-driven culture. We have an enthusiastic, dynamic team and offer plenty of activities for you to be involved in - annual award ceremonies, business seminars, conferences, competitions and weekly office social gatherings.

For legal reasons, applicants must be 18 or over. Applicants must be able to commute to Newcastle City Centre daily and due to the openings being immediate start we will not process any applications from out with the Newcastle area. Our contractors are self-employed and paid on commission only for their completed sales, all earnings are uncapped. Applicants successful at the initial stage will be invited to attend a day observing one of our advisors. As this is still a part of the interview process and contributes towards making a final decision, applicants will not be compensated.
