With experience of managing and motivating sales teams and a proven track record of exceeding targets, you should bring outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
A positive, self-motivated and commercial approach is also essential, along with a full driving licence and the ability to work weekend hours as necessary. You must be very well organised too, as an important part of your role will be overseeing staffing and performance across multiple developments whilst contributing to their marketing strategy.
