Sales Executive
The Role
To manage a designated portfolio of buyer accounts, developing strong relationships and trust through regular telephone campaign lead contact and consistently delivering high levels of customer service. Improving buyer engagement and increasing sales volumes are the key measures of success.
Main Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain a professional relationship with designated buyers
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date buyer records within the CRM system - regarding contact details, dealer profiles and stock requirements.
- Complete a range of telemarketing campaigns set out by the account manager, and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Negotiate sales, predominantly over the telephone, within pre-agreed parameters and submit bids to the account manager where appropriate.
- Work with the account manager to create action plans to develop buyer behaviour and sales engagement across a range of online sales platforms and physical sale locations.
- Use analytical information to influence the telemarketing activity, and feedback pertinent market insight to the account manager and into the CRM system.
Hours and Pay
- Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30
- Circa GBP25,000
