Customer Services Executive - PP5285

Customer Services Executive required for an independent bank based in Douglas. The role holder will be responsible for delivering superior levels of customer service both over the phone and face to face, processing administration of all new and existing accounts and maintain the customer database. The ideal candidate will have 4 years customer service experience in a financial services operation, preferably banking, a proven record in building professional relationships and the ability to work under pressure in challenging situations.
