Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Winchester
All the perks: GBP25k - GBP30k base + GBP0 threshold commission scheme + laptop & iPhone + pension scheme + brand new 5* offices with parking provided + all year round social events (their most recent international incentive sent the whole business to Dubai) + flexible working options
1st Year OTE: GBP30k - GBP40k+
2nd Year OTE: GBP40k - GBP60k+
3rd Year OTE: GBP60k - GBP100k+ (uncapped commission structure)
The company - our client are a boutique agency and are known as experts in the procurement & supply chain industry. They employ a team of the very best recruitment professionals and are the 'go-to agency' in their specialist market. They do things differently and for this reason are now in a position where they win the majority of their business exclusively.
The role - you will work closely alongside the Managing Director and Associate Director working senior level roles from GBP20k to GBP50k. This is a hot desk with a prestigious blue chip client base (including Sunseeker) to take on from day one but our client would love someone with the mentality to want to develop it further and build relationships in different areas of their client base, etc.
The candidate we're searching for -
- 1-3 years recruitment experience
- Ideally degree educated however this is not essential
- Our client adopt a true 'search' style in their way of working- do you love working on LinkedIn and attending networking events?
- Energy, charisma, confidence are just a few traits we're looking for!
