A new and exciting position has arisen in Sales Support / Inside sales to work for an expanding Air and Sea Freight Forwarding company based in Knutsford, Cheshire.
- To apply for the role Candidates must have at least 3 years freight forwarding experience working with Air and sea freight.
- Candidates must be able to quote air and sea freight shipments.
- Candidates do not have to currently be in a similar role , operations staff who quote regular shipments would be very suited to this role.
- Must be PC literate, good verbal and written communicator.
Location: Knutsford.
- Salary range ideally 20 k - 25k but we are flexible for the right candidate
- We are ideally looking for a stable person to grow into the role & our business in the medium to long term.

Core Tasks.
- Support the UK sales team.
- Source best rates and options by air and sea.
- Provide Monthly rate updates and spot quote when necessary on behalf of the sales team to live and potential customers.
- Assist the sales team to build relationships with actual and potential customers.
- Build relationships with our overseas offices.
- Complete tender documents when needed.
- Act as out of office liaison for sales team when needed.
