Business Analyst (Wealth Management) - 6 months - Swindon - GBP425 - 475 pd ltd

My client is a well respected Financial Services organisation who has an urgent requirement for a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 6 months contract. The role is based out of their Swindon offices and the ideal candidates will be working in the areas of Wealth Management.

As a BA, you will be working within the Business Analysis Practice and will be an expert at estimating, planning and documenting business processes and requirements to time, cost and quality, in line with Business and Industry-wide standards.

DUTIES:

+ Deliver excellent quality, complex project artefacts in line with Business and Industry-wide standards
+ Conduct peer reviews of deliverables to ensure that quality standards are met on all outputs
+ Quickly develop an excellent understanding of business processes and needs
+ Apply structured analysis expertise on assigned projects
+ Work closely with stakeholders to shape and manage their expectations
+ Confidently challenge appropriately, seek solutions to complex problems and to work collaboratively with all colleagues
+ Resolve risks and issues - providing timely updates to Project / Programme Managers within the Analysis Practice
+ Work with ambiguity in a fast paced environment with the confidence to challenge and influence the business
+ Ensure the Business obtains the best value and that the solution delivers excellent customer service

SKILLS:

+ Background in Wealth Management Platforms or Regulatory Change Programmes / MiFID2 would be desirable
+ Proven background as a Business Analyst - ideally across the Financial Services / Banking industry
+ Strong skills in Business Processes and Process Re-engineering
+ Good stakeholder management skills
+ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and have a track record of influencing key stakeholders
+ Expert knowledge of analysis tools, methodology and best practice
+ Able to apply structured analysis expertise on assigned projects
+ End to end project lifecycle experience
