As an educator, you understand the importance of lifelong learning that truly changes people's lives. As a professional, you're looking for a career opportunity that offers a better work life balance.

As life changing people, we can deliver on both counts.

We've become the UK's leading Apprenticeship and Commercial Training provider by staying focused on our founding principle: supporting individuals and businesses to perform better through the delivery of outstanding training.

Right now, that puts us at the forefront of evolving Apprenticeship delivery across the UK, ensuring that functional skills such as literacy and numeracy underpin a successful Apprenticeship.

In these newly created roles, you'll work alongside our Regional Trainers and Learning Support Tutors to focus on delivery of literacy, numeracy and ICT skills. Our approach to Apprenticeships is tailored to the individual, so you'll devise a programme of activity to support each learner with the aim of really transforming their skills in these areas. That includes visiting Apprentices at their place of work to offer workshops, tutoring and support, whether one-on-one or to a group, in the classroom, virtual learning, and telephone or via email.

Whether you've gained your teaching experience in school, training environment or further education, you're ready for fresh challenge. These are brand new roles to really change lives, so there are opportunities to make these roles your own and drive your own career development along the way. That is, if you have an A1 award, PTLLS or equivalent, at least Key/Functional Skills level 2 in Maths, English and ICT, plus experience of delivering additional support for NVQs, KS or Technical Certificates, for example.

If you also have excellent organisational skills, can prioritise your workload and are an active listener who encourages development and champions achievement, you'll thrive in a role that is learner-focused. A driver's licence and a flexible approach to travel for work purposes are also essential.

We've been transforming the skills and careers of thousands of individuals since 1995 and have improved the performance of some of the biggest, and smallest, employers in the UK across a wide range of sectors. Today, we are an award-winning team of around 800 people, working across the UK on behalf of some of the country's biggest employers and training around 20,000 people at any one time.

While we're helping other people to change their lives, we also help our own people to change theirs. We put as much into our people as we do our learners and clients, making sure they are comfortable and confident in their role and always ready for the next opportunity.
