Two superb opportunities have arisen for a Senior Nursery Nurse and a Nursery Nurse to join our well established client on a permanent basis.
Job Specs:
40 hours per week over a 4 day period
Candidate must hold a Level 3 qualification in Childcare
Salary: GBP15,600 - GBP17,000 dependant on experience and qualification
The Key Tasks of a Senior Nursery Nurse / Nursery Nurse include:
- Care and take responsibility for one age group of children and provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment.
- To encourage the children to maintain and develop their own individuality and independence.
- Ensure the appropriate equipment is available for play and education.
- Take a lead in planning and assessment of the children.
- Keep records of the children's development
- Comply with Health and Safety policy at all times.
- Liaise with parents and carers.
- To be able to work as a member of a team as well as independently.
Experience
Educational Required:
- NVQ Level 3, NNEB, BTEC or BA Hons
Preferred: Paediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene, EYFS
Previous Knowledge
Required:
- 1 years experience working with children
- Good Communication
- Awareness of current legislation
