Salary: GBP26,399 - GBP30,710 depending on experience
Hours: Full time
Our client a sucessful FE College in the City centre of, Southampton is looking for motivated and inspirational Teacher to join their Health and Social Care teaching team within the Health, Social Care and Early Years Department.
You should hold a degree (or equivalent) and relevant experience, both in a related area. You will also possess a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE/Cert.Ed.).You should also be familiar with the current BTEC curriculums in Health & Social Care and we encourage applications from teachers with a broad range of disciplines both in practice and theory.
As well as teaching you may be required to act as a Personal Tutor, and, maintain up to date records and take on an internal assessment role in-line with college policy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an appreciation of the uses of IT are essential, as is a commitment to excellence.
The application closing date is Monday 6th March 2017 with interviews being held on Tuesday 14th March 2017.
