Salary: GBPCompetitive. NG Bailey pay rates exceed the Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage.

About the role:

The Electrotechnical Advanced Apprenticeship will equip you for a career as an electrician; installing and maintaining electrical equipment and systems in commercial and industrial premises. This apprenticeship is site based and will include extensive outdoor work on building sites and partially completed structures.

Responsibilities:

- Installation of electrical equipment and systems
- Carrying out Inspection and testing on electrical systems
- Identifying and repairing electrical faults
- Electrical commissioning

Apprenticeship consists of:

- Level 3 NVQ in Installing Electrotechnical Systems and Equipment
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths, English and IT
- Employee Rights and Responsibilities
- AM2 practical test

The 4 year apprenticeship programme consists of both offsite and onsite training and assessment. All offsite training is carried out by their affiliated network of colleges, spread across the country.

Once your apprenticeship is complete, high performing individuals may have the opportunity to progress through the company's various development programmes to higher level qualifications.

About you:

Grade C / 4 or above in GCSE (or equivalent) English language, maths and a science based subject, plus 2 other subjects at grade C / 4 or above. In order to be successful on their apprenticeship programme you must be driven, dedicated, hardworking and enjoy working as part of a team.
