This is a fantastic opportunity for you to work in a leading customer analytics divisions! You will be joining a SAS and SQL based team conducting advanced statistical analysis on customer data to provide actionable insight!
SAS/SQL Insight Analyst - THE ROLE:
- You will play a pivotal role in providing detailed insight on customer behaviour and the customer journey
- You will be joining an innovative team, who pride themselves on delivering excellent analytics and coming up with new and exciting ideas on how to target customers and personalise customer experience
- You will utilise your SAS/SQL experience to analyse customer data. You will have the opportunity to use more advanced techniques including regression modelling, chaid, cluster analysis and segmentation
- There will be lots of stakeholder engagement - you will have the opportunity to work with clients - understanding requirements and delivering recommendations, directly to the client
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Educate to degree level - minimum 2.1 in maths , stats, economics etc.
- Experience using one of the following: SAS, SQL, R, SPSS
- Ideally experience in chaid, cluster analysis, regression - this is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
THE BENEFITS:
Salary for this SAS/SQL Insight Analyst role is up to GBP32,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package
