My client is a successful multi-branded footwear retailer, focused on providing service excellence throughout their stores. With an established name and a well regarded reputation, this family run business is highly successful within their field.
Due to internal progression, an opportunity for an Assistant Manager has now become available in one of their stores to support the Store Manager in driving store performance and managing a customer focused team.
The responsibilities of the role include:
* Managing and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and KPI objectives
* Training and developing staff members
* Implement and maintain high visual standards
* Support with the recruitment and induction of a dynamic team
* Identify ways to maximise sales opportunities
The ideal candidate for this role will be passionate about giving outstanding customer service and building relationships at all levels. This role requires someone who is sales driven who strives to exceed targets, going above and beyond the call of duty. With dedication to the brand and a pro-active approach the successful candidate in return will be offered an appealing opportunity with a rewarding brand.
