Various Locations Covering Essex
We are recruiting for a number for retail trainers and assessors covering Essex. The position field based covering a designated territory with administrative work carried out from home.
The role of Retail Trainer / Assessor will be to attend (by pre-arranged appointment) a selection of retail stores in your area on a weekly basis to deliver training, and assess apprentice's development via classroom learning, 1:1 Coaching, and providing ongoing development and support throughout the apprentice programme.
To be considered for this position, applicants will need
- Good experience in retail from a supervisor or management background
- Experience managing, supporting, training a team of retail colleagues or staff
- Minimum Grade C GCSE in maths and English
- Full driving licence and own car as the position is field based
Any additional training or assessor qualifications such as PTTLS, A1 Assessor, or in-house retail training provider would be hugely beneficial.
