Are you an experienced Store manager or Restaurant Manager? Have you worked in a high volumes branded hospitality? Are you flexible on working hours and looking for a company where you can develop? If yes this opportunity would be for you.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join a worldwide company operating food and beverage outlets in travel hubs. They are looking for a Manager to run a very busy Quick Service Restaurant. You will work closely with the Hospitality Manager to manage the store and a team consisting of supervisors, FOH and BOH team members to ensure high standards are met at all times. You will constantly look to improve, develop and grow the business. Your main objective will be to deliver an excellent service, maximise profit and minimise costs.
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Store/Restaurant Manager in a high volumes, branded store or restaurant
- Be flexible with working hours and days as this is a 7 day operation and early starts
- The ability to lead and motivate employees
- The ability to provide the guests with excellent customer service
A 5 year background check is also required for airport security regulations including a criminal record check.
