Where you fit in.....

It's all about impact. Our products are available in over 300,000 outlets in the UK, and that represents amazing opportunities as well commercial and logistical challenges. We utilise a number of different routes to get to our customers, and one in particular is growing quickly, that of independant retail and leisure/Out-Of-Home.

It's all about engagement. Our Outlet Contact Team is a key part of the effective sales and marketing of getting our products into those outlets - whilst allowing our customer and brand teams to continue driving new business, campaigns and innovation.

It's all about clever thinking. With a wide range of internal and external stakeholders you will offer new and innovative ideas of how we approach and engage customers, how we build excitement, how we manage and improve our customer database and CRM, how we measure success and how we continually join up the parts for a brilliantly effective process.

- You will be passionate about customer/consumer engagement, data, digital, sales and marketing - able to use these to drive innovative and effective brands and commercial success.
- We're pretty open to where you have come from, so it could be a like-FMCG/consumer products business, retail or insight etc.
- You will be comforable with large data, able to improve how we utilise it, what we do with it and are able to communicate compelling ideas to others.
- You will thrive in a fast paced environment, where you have interacted with many different stakeholders and 3rd parties.
- This role is based at our global head office in Hemel Hempstead, where you will spent the majority of your time, but there will be travel required, not excessively though.
