We are looking for experienced Retail Managers who are currently working in a fast paced "Big Box" retail environment. Managing teams of circa 50 staff.
Strong customer service skills are essential, as the understanding how to manage a business by KPI's and Managed Score Cards. Ideally from a DIY or Automotive related background.
Core skills will be in managing a cross functional team, focussing on Compliance and delivering SLA's to a B2B client base as well as end consumers.
