Swan Global Direct are a growing outsourced sales and marketing company who specialise in increasing brand awareness and market share using event-based promotions and in-store sales campaigns. We are looking for additional Retail Promotions & Sales Assistants ASAP so we can make a great impact on our existing clients and expand our client portfolio.
SO, IF YOU'RE OVER 18 YEARS OF AGE, LOOKING TO WORK IN NEWCASTLE, AND INTERESTED IN LEARNING RETAIL PROMOTIONS AND SALES, WE'D LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU!
As a Retail Promotions & Sales Assistant, you'll be the face of our client proactively speak to customers on a daily basis at venues and shops throughout the region. You'll be explaining our client's services, missions and success stories, and helping interested customers complete the registration forms. We offer product-training workshops, but retail or sales experience is extremely helpful since you'll be speaking to customers face-to-face.

As our portfolio grows, we'll be looking to develop people from within to help oversee new projects, campaigns, teams and even markets. Graduates and others with an interest in Business Management are encouraged to inquire about our advancement opportunities.
SINCE WE HAVE BUSINESS PARTNERS IN VARIOUS CITIES ACROSS THE UK AND EUROPE, TRAVEL OPPORTUNITIES MAY ALSO BE AVAILABLE TO TOP PERFORMERS!
RETAIL PROMOTIONS & SALES ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS:
* You'll need to be 18+ years of age because you'll be signing documents on behalf of our clients
* You'll need to be eligible to work in the UK on an unrestricted basis (sorry, no student-visas and we're not in a position to sponsor anyone).
* You'll need to be able to commute to and from our office in Newcastle and to and from the event locations, so a travel pass or car is needed.
* Sales and/or retail experience is helpful because people with experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality or similar customer-facing roles tend to excel in these openings.
* A solid work ethic and desire to succeed are important because we operate in a performance-based industry
