We are working with a very successful local Law Firm in the Brighton area, who is currently recruiting a Conveyancing Secretary. Our client is ideally looking for candidates with previous experience in a similar role, ideally gained within a busy Residential and Commercial Property environment.
The successful candidate will be organised, work well under pressure and have the ability to hit the ground running in order to assist multiple teams with their demanding case load.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong audio typing and telephony skills
- Experience as a Legal Secretary
- Flexibility in which office to be based at, on a weekly basis
- Organisational skills and great attention to detail
- Strong communication skills: liaising with clients on the telephone
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and diligently dealing with exchanges and completions
- Submitting searches and completing Land Registry Applications
- Completing various forms and documents
- Answering calls from clients and dealing with their enquiries, both face to face and over the telephone
- Dealing with exchanges and completions
