They are looking for an exceptional hands-on individual with outstanding communication skills and a particular desire to deliver excellence, to join us and take responsibility for a number of managers and locations where client relationships, organisation, drive and outstanding food service are key. The current portfolio includes both business and industry sites and independent schools.
An excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene, Health and Safety (Intermediate or above), HR best practice and retail skills will be necessary, as would the ability to work easily with Outlook, MS Excel and Word.
Past experience of delivering exceptional management operations within a contract catering environment within a fast moving/client driven service environment will be essential.
The role will involve travel within the business geography, with responsibility predominantly for locations within a reasonable driving distance of the North West/Midlands area.
