General Manager - Public House / Inn
JW Lees are restoring The Links Hotel in Llandudno to its former glory, so are you the leader that can take it to the next level? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced public house / inn General Manager to join the growing JW Lees team.
It all started at JW Lees in 1828 and although the business brews some delicious beers and run some magnificent pubs, it would be nothing without great people.
With barrels of personality and enthusiasm by the gallon, you'll be an expert in communication and know how to work well as part of a team. Leading by example, your work ethic will set the bar high and you'll be as interesting and exciting as the award winning ales.
With continued investment by JW Less in North Wales, The Links Hotel is currently undergoing a GBP1.5m re-development. With fifteen fabulous bedrooms, a great bar and restaurant and with its prime site, the Links will deservedly be 'The Gateway to Llandudno' once again.
As the General Manager it is essential that you demonstrate excellent management skills via clear career progression and have a proven track record of delivering great quality service, food and drink through your team. Your focus will be driving sustainable sales and profit through engagement with the local community. Successful General Managers at JW Lees are highly motivated and able to develop and engage a committed team whilst being the face and personality of the business.
