Supply Chain Co-Ordinator is sought by highly successful GBP75m fmcg manufacturing business. Your Supply Chain knowledge and expertise will be used to ensure that the production department is able to produce a large number of sku's in a timely fashion.
The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will co-ordinate the import of raw materials against forecast, planned production and sales orders and monitor stock levels and requirements whilst highlighting slow moving/surplus materials. You will co-ordinate shipments and liaise constantly with suppliers.
You will generate Purchase orders as required at agreed price levels for call off and organize the timely arrival of containers in line with planned dates and in liaison with transport companies. The Supply Chain Co-Ordinator will produce all necessary documentation promptly and accurately and maintain a full stock audit trail including batch code traceability.
A good communicator who can build effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues alike, you must be well organized and level headed in a busy environment and you should have demonstrable ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines.
