My client is a growing, well-established and award winning food manufacturing business. We are looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to lead the business customer service agenda both internally and externally.
The Role:
Supporting the Supply Chain and Commercial teams, you will take ownership of the customer service agenda, ensuring that service levels are consistently met, and that key stakeholders are provided with accurate and timely information. In order to achieve this, the successful candidate will need to manage and maintain the forecasting and order capture processes and effectively communicate information to the Commercial and Supply Chain teams. This is a new role, created to help drive successful performance and service for customers, therefore continuous improvement will be crucial and the Supply Chain Coordinator must be able to work with the wider team to identify, create, and implement improvements.
About you:
Essential
- Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Team player with a pro-active approach
Desirable
- Educated to A-level standard
- Experience within a customer-facing role
- Experience within a logistics or supply chain role
- Experience using SAP
