My client, who specialise in providing supported living services and accommodation to vulnerable young people aged between 16 - 25 years, are looking for a Staff Scheduler to join them on Full Time, Permanent basis working Monday - Friday paying between GBP8 and GBP9 per hour.
Due to the rapid development of the service they now require a hardworking and meticulous individual to manage all aspects of their staff rota.
The role will include:
- Sending out and collating availability forms
- Using Webroster to create the rotas
- Managing and changing any and all gaps in the rota
Previous experience in staff rotas is essential, and experience of using Webroster is ideal although not an absolute requirement.
You will need to be well organised, an excellent communicator and have a keen eye for detail.
An enhanced DBS check is required for this position (which can be run by the organisation if required).
