Children's charity providing holidays and recreational facilities for children with disabilities based in Wrenbury, South Cheshire requires an experienced minute taker to assist the Chairman, Trustees and General Manager with efficient minute taking.

This role requires accurate and thorough minutes to be taken during the monthly Trustee meetings. Followed by the typing of draft minutes promptly after the meeting and circulation to all relevant stakeholders.

Person Specification
- Solid experience of taking minutes accurately and quickly
- Reliable and punctual
- Familiar with working confidentially
- Able to carry out tasks in an environment that often deals with sensitive and sometimes distressing information
- Strong IT and typing skills
- Good listening skills
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Able to type up the minutes to an agreed deadline
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months
- Prepared to and sign the charity's confidentiality and safeguarding policies
- Prepared to undertake a full induction and training
