Inter Branch Coordinator
GBP8 an hour
Sheffield
We are currently recruiting for a expereinced and reliable Inter Branch Coordinator based in the Sheffield area.
Duties will include:
- Collating all IBT information and paperwork
- Correct filing of IBT information and paperwork
- Ensuring that all IBT's are updated and despatched correctly
- Completion of IBT journey manifests
- Overseeing the loading of IBT trailers to ensure all your orders are loaded onto the correct trailer for on time delivery
- Communicating with branches both via email and over the phone
- Alerting the Operations/Transport Manager when trailers are over allocated
- Ensure branch expectations are set and met by reporting any items which are not able to be loaded as required
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm (must be prepared to start earlier and finish later if required)
