Residential Property - Team Leader, Derbyshire - A well established East Midlands practice is looking to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to manage a team of paralegals.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer - Derbyshire
PQE REQUIRED: 4+
LOCATION: Derbyshire (Commutable from: Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Burton on Trent, Long Eaton, Loughborough)
SALARY: GBPDependant on experience
THE ROLE:
The thriving and busy residential property department of this well established law firm is keen to appoint an additional Residential Conveyancer to undertake a management role and work closely with the Partner within the Residential Property team. Managing a team of paralegals, your responsibilities will include co-ordinating and managing the workloads of the individuals of the team as well as providing support to the busy partner as and when required.
THE CANDIDATE:
Suitable Residential Conveyancers will have a minimum of 4 years PQE in managing a team and possess a well rounded knowledge of the whole conveyancing process from start to finish. Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancers who are able to demonstrate strong experience in using case management systems as well as the ability to work well under pressure and using your own initiative. Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers with relevant management experience will be considered for this role.

Working alongside some of the most knowledgeable partners and associates within the residential property department you will be gaining exposure to high quality work and a team working environment. This role would suit Residential Conveyancers who are looking for more responsibility in managing a team.
