General Manager- The Standing Stones
The pub is located on the edge of Holyhead, the largest town in the County of Isle of Anglesey, Wales. Ideally situated on a busy retail estate consisting of a number of shops and a large, new supermarket, the Standing Stones is only one mile from Holyhead train station and ferry terminal. Holyhead Ferry Terminal is a busy port with routes to Dublin and Dun Laoghaire in Ireland making it an important link for transport between England, Wales and Ireland. There is also lots of housing only a short drive away, giving the site lots of potential as a destination - drive to pub restaurant. The pub benefits from our new build layout with 3 main dining areas, a kid's zone, a popular outdoor play area and an external patio which drives trade in the summer months. The Standing Stones attracts a broad customer base including groups, families and the retired/elderly. It attracts customers from the local community throughout the year with a strong tourist trade during the summer.
Average weekly sales GBP14,700
Trading split wet/dry 30/70

The successful candidate must have branded volume food experience, a passion for customer service and a proven track record of working independently due to the remote location of the site.
