Supplier Enablement Lead - P2P - Procurement

Butler Rose is pleased to be partnering a fast growing organisation with the recruitment of a Supplier Enablement Lead to support an ERP Procurement implementation, on a six months contract basis.

Based in Oxfordshire, this role will help shape the success of the Procurement implementation and drive meaningful change within the procurement team and wider business. Therefore, it will be important to gain an understanding of both the supplier and business drivers in the overall delivery and quality of this implementation.

- Work with the P2P Project & Procurement Team to define the supplier enablement strategy and plan including supplier categorisation, preferred buying channels, supplier on-boarding, and contract management, through to analysis and reporting
- Work with procurement to identify the high and low touch suppliers across countries
- Develop and manage the Supplier Enablement Project work plan
- Document the "to be" enablement processes
- Work with the finance system implementation team to ensure supplier invoicing activities are fully aligned
- Participate in supplier and catalogue enablement design activities
- Work with the Business Engagement Lead to manage supplier communications and activities

The successful candidate will be highly experienced in Supplier Enablement process including Supplier Portals. Possess extensive experience and understanding of P2P process. Be experienced in managing supplier relationships and working across European organisations. Also, possess the ability to work with cross-functional teams and to influence both internally and externally.

Candidates must be available on a two weeks notice period, or less.
