The Dry Dock, Leicester is possibly one of the most unique venues to manage in the City - ITS A BOAT! Its a boat that caters for a very strong student trade under-pinned by a great locals and regular trade too - Fantastic drink offerings along with our simple yet quirky food menu that really does have something for everyone.
We're looking for a GM that is looking to make a name for themselves within our Common Room brand someone who knows how to grow sales, deliver a fantastic guest experience everyday as well as a great eye for business and planning a market leading "rhythm of the week" making sure that guests have an absolute reason to visit everyday and every evening.
You will need to have experience of being a Manager delivering both wet and dry sales that are in excess of 10-15k per week and you will also be able to demonstrate a real desire to achieve sales growth through a real organised, structured, energetic & hands-on approach
