Truly a great opportunity! A recently invested in Common Room business that has a prime location, busy high street, large fronted venue with all the elements a Manager needs to stand out from the crowd and be the place to be everyday and every night!
Ill assume you have experience, a lot of people do. What were looking for is PERSONALITY and INDIVIDUALITY We dont care if you have tattoos, big hair or piercings We prefer it if you did. That said we do require our Managers to be natural leaders, you need to have strong commercial acumen along with a keen eye for on-trend activities and laid back entrepreneurial swag. The Cavendish was was invested in fairly recently into our Common Room brand catering for both students, young adults, music lovers and guests who just want to hangout in a cool, quirky venue from mid morning until the early hours. The menu is vast covering off some traditional faves right through to street food inspired veggie and vegan options - We're looking for a Manager that understands the sites local marketplace, listens to the guests, engages the team and can naturally drive sales & profit growth through best practice by building guest advocacy.
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1 years GM experience, with experience of managing a similar style business and of consistently delivering weekly net food sales in excess of 3k. The candidate will also be able to demonstrate a real desire to achieve sales growth through a real organised, structured, energetic & hands-on approach
