Performance & AV Systems
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP42,000 per annum
Our client operates through-out the UK, Middle East and South East Asia and specialise in the Design, Supply and Installation of professional Sound, AV & Lighting systems for Theatres, Auditoria, Conference Centres, Universities and other such venues.
The Position:
This specialist role will involve the successful applicant in the managing of Sound & AV Projects from concept to completion including:
- Sound & AV System design and product proposals
- The completing of tender invitations
- System lay-out designs using AutoCAD (Training will be provided)
- Site/Project surveys
- The managing of installation teams
- Attending site meetings
- Testing/commissioning of installed systems, and training of clients operators
- UK and International travel
Requirements:
- Comprehensive knowledge of Performance Sound and AV systems
- A formal qualification in Sound Engineering (advantage)
- An electrical engineering or electronics qualification (advantage)
- An ability to read/understand consultants, architects and main contractors' drawings
- An ability to use AutoCAD (Training provided where necessary)
- Excellent communicatio and presentation skills
- A willingness to travel both nationally and internationally.
