About the job
To play a key role in creating rooms for better living in the context of our System solutions.
Job Accountabilities
To convert opportunities into tangible and profitable new systems or products by driving cross functional projects to completion within agreed timescales. In partnership with the Sales & Marketing teams, drive innovation in Systems by generating new ideas, capturing customer requirements and developing ideas into business cases.
To increase our Technical knowledge of factors that determine System performance.
Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and build relationships through a large international organisation through a professional approach, with confidence to challenge quality in pursuit of continuous improvement.

For this role, it's essential that you have:
Education to a minimum of degree level in an experimental discipline.
Relevant industrial experience with a proven ability to deliver results based on customer focussed objectives and project management principles.
Excellent interpersonal skills, practical ability and a 'can do', self starting, persistent approach that allows you to overcome obstacles and take projects to completion.
Creative, analytical thinker that can always link the work to customer requirements and the benefits to the business.
