We are recruiting for an experienced Hub Manager to join our team in Dartford. Reporting to the Head of Operations you will take ownership of the day to day running of the hub. You will coach, motivate and drive the team to deliver a great customer experience.

The main responsibilities are:

?? Full responsibility for the Profit and Loss.

?? Reduce operation costs and develop the business locally.

?? Establish and forge excellent business and operational contacts (internally and externally).

?? Relentless about achieving performance objectives and exceeding the improvement delivery plan.

?? Deliver and maintain high standards of quality and excellent customer service at all times.

?? To ensure that work is carried out in line with company procedures and adhere to Health and Safety requirements.

?? Exemplary team management and Hub Management support.

?? Lead by example providing consistent leadership and direction to the team to create a high performing team culture.

?? Clear communication and delivery of Key Performance Indicators throughout team.

?? Being passionate about the customer experience, you will be driven to achieve on time the delivery of proposition delivery and customer experience.

?? Identify gaps in the quality of our service that we offer to customers and drive improvements through an engaged and high performing team.

?? Undertake responsibilities such as open and close the Hub.

?? Provide advice and guidance when required and necessary.

?? To maintain accurate documentation in line with company procedures and maximise the use of technology.

- The ideal person will have at least 3 years of management experience or industry equivalent. Experience using Microsoft products, report writing, analysing data. Handling performance management, absence management and disciplinary/grievance issues.
