We have experienced great success since launching in Birmingham this year, and we are looking for people that can have a positive impact on the growth and expansion of the organisation.

As a trainee manager at Pro Gen you will have the opportunity to partake in our in-house professional development program, and you will have access to coaching and mentoring from some of the most experienced and successful directors and managers in our business. In return, duties of the trainee management role include generating revenue for our clients, face-to-face sales and marketing of various blue-chip brands, and managing live events.

As these positions are entry level, previous customer service experience is a bonus, however, not required.Previous experience within sales, customer service, marketing, retail sales, hospitality, bar work, waiters, call centre, telesales would be advantageous, however not required!
