You'll be joining a busy, dynamic and expanding Customer Service team.
- A confident communicator and attentive listener, you'll deal with inbound calls, taking the orders and customers queries
- You will handle all calls with warmth and empathy, always focusing on the outcome, that means identifying a good solution. Keeping the customer happy and up to date with progress of their order and resolving the query. You will be working within a call centre environment dealing with large volumes of customer calls so the ability to take and handle at a fast pace is essential.

- You'll initially join our client on a temporary basis, but there will be the opportunity to become a permanent employee with them at a later date. There's a range of great benefits on offer too:
- You'll work on 1400-2200 shift, 4 day contract with the ability to flex up to 37.5 hrs (5 days) as and when necessary. Every other Saturday with a day off in the week.
- Initially the pay will be GBP7.33 per hour and after 12 weeks, your pay will automatically increase to GBP7.69 per hour.
- After 12 weeks you'll qualify for an weekly bonus scheme.
- You'll start with 28 days annual leave year.
