As a Deputy Store Manager you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of running the store. You will strive for first class customer service and operational excellence.

You'll need experience managing people in a retail / hospitality / leisure role.
You'll need to be energetic and driven - This is a very fast paced store and you'll need to keep up!
You'll need bags of personality and charisma
You'll need to be commercially astute and ready to manage a big budget.
You'll need to be excited to recruit, develop and grow your team.
You'll need to have a strong presence on the shop floor and lead from the front.
You'll confidently work towards targets and enjoy driving sales across the business.
