A privately owned car parking business with property and business interests across the UK.
Description
To provide project management services across the UK from a West Yorkshire base. Projects will vary from minor repairs to barriers, to refurbishments of car parks, from lighting renewals to major new builds.
Supported by the Project Director, you will be afforded responsibly for your own schemes - running projects independently, liaising with key stakeholders your role will include:
- Contract Negotiations
- Project monitoring - including reports on cost, time and quality
- Ensure compliance with local authorities building control and planning department
- Project costing advice
- Tender review and appraisals
Profile
Experienced in Project Management you are likely to emanate from a construction or consultancy background. You will understand the role of designers, structural engineer, consultants and contracts and their impact on your responsibility within the business.
The role will require a certain amount of flexibility on your part to react to the daily circumstances that can arise in a live business environment.
