A leading insurance client of ours is seeking a Conduct Risk Manager to join their Corporate Services Department on an initial 4-month contract.
The main vision for the role is to maintain a positive relationship with the FCA and provide confidence that the organisation has the needs of its customers and the market in the forefront of their mind.
Some essential requirements of the successful candidate are as follows:
- Provide stakeholders with timely updates against project deliverables
- Maintain effective cross team communications to present one view to business stakeholders
- Coordinate partner / insurance / 3rd party information requests
- Create regular and ad-hoc reports to be provided to business stakeholders
- Collate all conduct risk reporting
- Drive the treat customers fairly culture
